BRS Group

We did a full renovation of our townhouse in Springs with BRS. Initially, we were looking for a company that could handle everything — design, construction, and procurement — since we didn’t have time to manage it ourselves (work + family). The project included design, renovation works, landscaping, and even a layout change — we expanded the kitchen/living area, which turned out really well. In total it took around 4.5 months. There were a few small delays along the way, but nothing critical, and overall the process felt organized. This was not our first renovation, so we understand that things don’t always go perfectly. What mattered for us is that the team was always involved, honest, and had solutions to any issues that came up. We’re happy with the final result, especially the design — thanks to Liza. Maxim (project manager) was responsive and kept things under control. Ilyas managed the site well, and Akrom with Alisa helped a lot with materials and procurement. Overall a good experience. The team is professional and reliable. Would recommend.

We contacted BRS for our almost shell and core warehouse in Al Quoz and they helped us turn it into a beautiful showroom and working space. From start to finish, the team was highly organized, professional, and always on schedule. Their planning and execution made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the work was excellent, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention went into every detail. A special mention to Zhan for his outstanding project management, strong attention to detail, timely communication and for ensuring everything was handled efficiently throughout the project. We would also like to especially recognize Sheraz and his team for his excellent workmanship and the high standard of quality delivered. Special thank you to Mazeen, Taimoor, Alisa and Akrom as well. We are very pleased with the final result and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, timely, and high-quality fit-out services.

We renovated our villa in Dubai Hills through BRS and overall really happy with how it turned out. Went with them because needed someone to handle everything - design, construction, materials. Honestly we just didn't have time to be running around coordinating different contractors + we are traveling a lot, so for us it was crucial to have someone really responsible on the site. Scope was quite big: layout changes, full interior, outdoor area. In general took around 5 months. The important thing is Kirill, our project manager, was always in touch and even if any issues came up,they got solved and moved on. As I mentioned before, we also had a design from BRS - their design team did a great job: really listened to what we wanted. Would recommend, especially for a larger project where you need the team to just take it and run.

We wanted a full apartment renovation in Downtown Dubai, so BRS Group helped with it. They updated the flooring, painted all walls, and completely redesigned the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The project manager Kirill was always available for questions and updates. Very professional

Great company! They did everything with high quality, on time, and without any unnecessary issues. Very happy with the result!
