What we collect, who it goes to, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 24 September 2026.

Who we are

OnePass Interior is run by Growtoday Holdings FZE, Dubai, UAE. Write to hello@onepassinterior.com about anything on this page, including a request to delete what we hold about you.

What we collect

Quote request

Name, phone, email, and what you wrote about the project — space type, area, budget range, timing.

So the companies you pick can quote, and so we can reach you about it.

Open brief on the public board

The project, area, budget and timing only. Never your name, phone or email.

So licensed companies can bid on the work without holding your details.

Report about a company

What you tell us, and a contact address if you give one.

So we can look into it and come back to you.

Contractor claim

Contact name, work email, phone, and any trade licence documents sent to us.

To check the company is real before its page carries a Verified badge.

Newsletter

Your email address.

Only if you ticked the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Visits

Pages viewed, referring site and campaign tags, via Google Analytics.

To see which pages are worth writing. This is not tied to your name.

We do not ask for your Emirates ID, passport, bank or card details anywhere on this site, and nobody at OnePass Interior is authorised to take a payment from you. We hold no money and never will.

Who it goes to

  • The contractors you choose — Your name, phone, email and brief — and nothing happens until you have chosen them. If the companies you picked go quiet, we ask you before sending the brief anywhere else.
  • Supabase — Database and file hosting. Your rows and any uploaded licence live there.
  • Vercel — Site hosting. Serves every page you load.
  • Resend — Sends our email. It sees the address and the message.
  • Google Analytics — Visit statistics, as above.
  • Sentry — Error reports when a page breaks, so it can be fixed.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to companies you did not choose. Contractors pay us nothing for a listing or for being ranked, so nobody can buy your details or a better position.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and reports stay while the project is live and for up to two years after, because a dispute about a renovation can surface long after handover. Licence documents are deleted once the claim is decided; the licence number stays. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete any of it sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, and withdraw consent for anything you opted into. One email does it, and we do not charge for it. Cookies are used by Google Analytics only; blocking them in your browser costs you nothing on this site.
