Terms of use
What this site is, what it isn't, and what applies to you. Last updated 24 September 2026.
What OnePass Interior is
A directory of licensed Dubai interior and fit-out companies, run by Growtoday Holdings FZE. We list companies from public records, read their public Google reviews, and introduce homeowners to the ones they choose. Using the site means accepting what is on this page.
What it is not
- We are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor, and not a guarantor of the work.
- We do not supervise or inspect anyone's site, and we cannot tell you whether the work was done properly.
- We hold no money. We take no deposits, no escrow, no commission from your project.
- We do not recommend one company over another. Rankings are computed from public data and cannot be bought.
Everything on the site — costs, timelines, guides, rankings — is general information, not professional or legal advice, and the figures are ranges drawn from public data rather than a quote for your project.
If you are a homeowner
Send a brief and your contact details stay with us until you choose who should have them. Check the contractor yourself before paying anything — the licence on Invest in Dubai takes a minute — and put the terms that matter in writing. The contract is between you and them, and so is any dispute about it. What belongs in that contract is free to read and does not depend on us.
If you are a listed company
Listings come from public records
Most pages here were built from Dubai's public licence register and Google Maps, before anyone claimed them. A company can ask us to correct a page or remove it, and we do that within a working day.
Claiming
Claiming a page means you say you speak for that company. We check the trade licence — the document you send, or the company's entry in the public register — before the page carries a Verified badge. A false claim gets the page returned to unclaimed.
What you publish stays yours
Photos and text you send us stay yours. By sending them you let us show them on your page and in posts about your company, with credit. Tell us to stop and we take them down the same day.
Reviews we quote
Quotes on this site are public Google reviews, reproduced word for word with nothing added. If we have quoted a review that Google has since removed, tell us and it comes off.
Liability and law
We work to keep the site accurate and correct mistakes when we find them or you tell us, but we give no warranty that every figure is current — licence records and Google ratings change without telling us. To the extent UAE law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a contract you enter with a company you found here. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
