SC construction LLC

Exceptional Quality, Reasonable prices, amazing focus and dedication from the owner to ensuring that we had a dream villa at the end.. I had spoken with three potential companies for my renovation, and SC was not the cheapest (also not most expensive) but the feeling of confidence from them was immense - including showing me other ongoing projects that they had. Given this was a villa we would live in, we wanted best quality, but also good constructive ideas on how to renovate and SC were continually advising us on changes, improvements and adaptations that they felt made sense and would improve our experience - they were not wrong. The attention to detail (almost OCD levels ;-)) on getting it perfect was fantastic - for example, when the new doors and frames were installed, the owner was not impressed with the quality and had them removed and replaced. Given the large extension, they demonstrated to us that the existing aircon might not be enough and advised to increase it - again, with full transparency on pricing and impact to timeline, but we trusted and went ahead - so glad we did. We got into a mode of being very confident very quickly with them and they progressed perfectly to plan. The date they promised was the date they delivered upon, and the 'snag' list I could count on one hand (and I am a perfectionist for detail and 100% correct) - all of which was corrected within days. We did both the villa renovation ( which was quite a big job) as well as the full outdoors for pool, pergola, landscaping & tiling and again, the design was superb. For anybody wanting to create a dream home with excellent quality of finishing, attention to details and committment to deliver on price and timeline - SC for me is the only option to consider. This was my 4th housebuild project (although first in UAE) and by comparison has been the best by far. No hesitation to recommend them. You get what you pay for, but this was even more.

From the initial consultation to the final handover, their team demonstrated a level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail that truly exceeded my expectations. The project involved a complete transformation of both the interior and exterior spaces, including structural upgrades, custom finishes, smart home integration, and luxurious landscaping. Every stage was handled with efficiency and transparency. Their design team understood my vision perfectly and offered innovative solutions that enhanced both functionality and aesthetics. What stood out most was their commitment to quality and timelines. Despite the complexity of the work, the team delivered everything on schedule without compromising on craftsmanship. The materials used were top-notch, and every aspect of the villa now reflects a premium, modern lifestyle. Communication throughout the project was excellent. I was kept informed at every milestone, and any concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally. The site was kept clean and safe, and the workers were always respectful and skilled.
