Wonderwall Contracting LLC I Luxury Villa Construction, Renovation & Interiors D

Read this review before you sign a contract with this company!!! BIG,BIG,BIG MISTAKE. I signed a contract to redesign a 5 bedroom villa. I and my family briefed Ronak and him team (Pavani, Sharmaine) about our exact idea. We provided date for measuring the villa, before start the design plan. And the nightmare start now... We received the first plans, on which we experienced a lot of differences. We revised and noted that please fix it, however they fixed one mistake and made two new ones. This went on for weeks. We noticed on one of the plans that the dimensions are not accurate. We noted this. We checked the all plans again, and we noticed, the all plans contain lot of mistake. The mistakes couldn't fix it before our construction company start a works. We was in trap, and we started the demolition without design plan. We hoped that Ronak would be able to keep his team under control. He couldn't do that either. Apologies, apologies, apologies. He said just this. The real nightmare came when the installation started. None of the plans were usable. AC plan is garbage, electric plan is garbage and life dangerous , joinery plan is garbage. We paid for new AC plan, for new electric plan, for new joinery plan. After this very very bad experience and unpleasent situation I wrote one email to Ronak, and I describe the whole story, and I asked refund my money. He didn't answer me. Rather disappeared. We wrote to Consumer Rights Dubai, and we hope they will help us. This company is unprofessional, scam and no brain team. If you work with Wonderwall prepare yourself: you will lost your money, your time and your dream. Read all low rated review and you will find it the true. I researched some people who are in same situation like me with this company. We plan to go to court together.

We found Ronak online, met up and this is how our very positive journey started. His company is very easy to work with, even if we were managing them from abroad and our client was travelling a lot as well. You agree a design, budget and time table and it simply works out. Of course there are hurdles along the way, but I am very happy to have met Ronak and his team as everything is a lot easier if people you work with are helpful, communicative and pro-active. I couldn't have wished for more of a smooth journey! If you need any more information, happy to provide more directly. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED ! The large JBR apartment we did is for rental - https://www.propertyfinder.ae/en/plp/rent/penthouse-for-rent-dubai-jumeirah-beach-residence-rimal-rimal-4-14299970.html

Had a great experience working with the Wonderwall team. We worked with them on a villa extension and full refurbishment project. Ronak and his team were quite prompt with their actionables and executed the contracting works very smoothly. Not to mention that they finished it off within a quick timeline. Their design of the landscaping was also great where there was pergola and a pool fit into the backyard. The home automation and kitchen was also done to an excellent finish. One of the most important tasks for most people doing such projects is the Emaar and DM approvals which the Wonderwall team managed very efficiently thanks to their swift action and document control. Thanks team Wonderwall!

I had a wonderful experience with Wonderwall . Their work in interior design is truly exceptional, capturing both elegance and functionality in every detail. The team is not only skilled and professional but also incredibly approachable and collaborative, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. A special note to the humble leadership of their boss, whose vision and guidance create a positive and inspiring work environment. Wonderwall is a gem in the interior design world, and I highly recommend them for anyone seeking quality and creativity combined !

Amazing experienced team! The work in our Villa was seamless with 0 complains ! Will highly recommend this to all residential owners planning to upgrade their dream homes
