I am disappointed with the result of my project, the design choices were not well executed and the unprofessional behaviour (like they installed my wood walls more than twice due to wrong measurements and confusion with son's room to my daughter's room) which delayed my project for more than 3 months. Well Ritz Interiors let me take a privilege to clarify your false statement on my behaviour and my house/project in your review: *in the begining Ritz Interior insisted us to pay 80 percent of the project amount with the clause to complete the project in 3 months . After 2 months only 30percent of my project was completed still she was constantly asking for the remaining amount for which she halted our project twice affecting us badly. *Their team indeed was not happy with them and they told me several times reagrding the same. indeed i came to know that many projects through Ritz interiors were delayed with poor quality work. but i couldn't do anything as i had already paid big amount to Ritz Interiors. *I will post in some photos as i am not able to upload videos of my house which Ritz Interiors have delivered to us . *They had assign an Assitant for my project but that person use to do nothing much , indeed i had to be after their workers and the project as the workers were un hygiene they never protected my furniture before drilling or cutting, i had to constantly follow up for the delivery, fixation , painting etc. They even messed up my garage which they never cleaned up. * Ritz Interior is yet to delivery my master bedroom bed side table which after follow up have still not received till date. *Most of her wood paint is chipping out or cracking which Ritz Interiors have not yet fixed.

We worked with Ritika during the planning phase, and she guided us through the entire renovation process. As first-time homeowners and new residents in Dubai, everything was new for us. Ritika and her team handled everything from design and approvals to execution, including civil work, carpentry, and buying the showpieces and artefacts that gave our home the final extraordinary touch. Our full apartment was renovated and handed over in just over two months, which was very fast compared to what I have seen elsewhere. The final result was outstanding and looked exactly like the 3D drawings. Even almost two years after the handover, Ritika and her team are always available and quick to help with any repairs or service requests.
