We had an excellent experience with Al Zaher! Mr. Vishal and their team did a wonderful job outfitting our Villa home with gorgeous Beauty treatments. We needed help decorating the best styling for our Villa and Al Zaher provided that guidance--we ended up with interesting and rich looks in each room that unified the entire house. Al Zaher attention to detail and product quality are Great. We were always kept informed of scheduling or budgetary changes and given options on how to proceed given those changes. And the folks are so friendly! We will definitely use Al Zaher again for any future interior design projects. Thanks, Vishal !

Very Poor Service & False Promises
We have been continuously following up for our refund for more than one year. Every time we contact the company, different representatives give false promises and assure us it will be resolved “soon,” but there has been no actual progress or positive response. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer management and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

The interior works were completed with good quality and attention to detail. The team maintained professionalism throughout the project and provided timely updates. Overall I am very satisfied with the workmanship and finishing.
