Dear All,
This is Mohd, a structural engineer. I have worked on one of Mr. Hussain's projects.
I would like to inform you that your company is pending my remaining balance of 500 aed for the last 1 year.
We both the parties agreed for commercially 1500 Aed for completing the drawings for the project of Mr. Hussain ( Plot no - 363, Al Ridem Tarif, Al Dafra Region, Abu Dhabi.
I have submitted the final document for the project of Mr. Hussain on 29th March 2021. Since I am regularly doing the follow up for the remaining 2nd payment but still am not getting any response from you.
I kindly request you to please release my 2nd half remaining balance that is 500 AED as soon as possible.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Very Poor Management and lack of Professionalism. They always claim payment in advance but after they collect 95% payment, they will not finish the project and does not care to respond to client's follow up. Very Poor Workmanship and Materials claiming that it is from Russia but when it is installed, cracks everywhere and no one from their technical team knows how to rectify damages. Beware of dealing with them and fall in to their trap especially with Ms. Nada.

Newcastle carpentry did not complete my project even though they took full payment.the agreement is 6 Months duration, now it is 2 years and No responding to my calls or any communication,so I don’t recommend this Company
