Atwaar Decoration Design LLC

I am truly sad and disappointed with this company. At the beginning of 2024, they designed our office, and the service was excellent. Because of that positive experience, we decided to work with them again. Unfortunately, this second experience was the complete opposite. We had three meetings. The first one, in Abu Dhabi, was promising — three representatives attended, understood our concept very well, and provided great ideas. In the second meeting, we aligned with the person introduced as our project manager, and everything still seemed on track. But in the third meeting, things changed completely: they replaced the original team with a different designer who neither spoke English nor communicated clearly. It was impossible to know if she understood our vision. From there, the process deteriorated. They took more than six weeks to deliver a design for a space of only 24 sqm. The result showed no creativity, no innovation, and none of the elements we had repeatedly discussed. The most basic requirements were overlooked. We asked to speak with the manager, but this was never allowed. Instead, all communication was forced through WhatsApp with the designer, relying on a young assistant to translate. The quality of the design was shocking. They had no sense of color combinations, no knowledge of lighting (they proposed 12 lamps for a tiny 24 sqm space), and no respect for our concept. At one point, during one of the only two calls we had, they even asked: “How creative do you want us to be?” That is simply not a professional question. When you are working in a design, of course you expect 10/10 creativity — but we never came close to that. Out of frustration, we prepared our own vision board and asked them to replicate it. Even then, they failed to deliver. Critical details that we shared from the very first meeting — such as a bar section with specific refrigeration requirements — were only added in the final version, after so much wasted time. We had also chosen this company because they promised they could execute the project within our budget. Yet, even after the design was finalized two weeks ago, they never sent the material list or the measurements of the refrigeration units, and now they have simply stopped responding. At this point, I can only assume they are not interested in doing our project. But the least they could have done is inform us officially, instead of disappearing in silence. They may be good in other areas, but when it comes to F&B design, far behind. I am writing this review with the hope that management reads it and takes action to improve their processes for future clients. The contrast between our first excellent experience and this one has been truly shocking. Now we are trying to find a new company to develop the design, which will cause us to waste even more time.

Atwaar Team just remodeled my interior. They are incredibly professional and understood exactly what style and theme I wanted for my home. Before Implementing out the idea, they showed me an exact 3D model of how it will look. I am extremely pleased with their services, and they charged me a very reasonable price compared to other companies in the Dubai market. Thank you very lot, Atwaar team!

Atwaar is such a young and efficient company, I got my AC ducts serviced and cleaned from them, they were so good with their job, the best part was they did the job with such cleanliness, what’s more admirable was that the owner Mr. Muad was there at all times, he made sure everything got done on time. Been in Dubai for so long and I’m yet to see a company as efficient as theirs.

This company is amazing. They provided a very good work for my villa with a competitive cost in a reasonable duration. The design was of high standard as discussed and agreed with them in every detail. I am really satisfied with their staff performance.and overall experience. Highly recommended !

Very professional company. The whole team is very friendly and dedicated. Very easy and flexible to deal with. You don’t need to worry about the supervision of the work as there’re always engineers supervising the project at site.
