We bought a large apartment in the marina that had previously been a short term let divided into 8+ bedrooms. It hadn’t been upgraded at all since it was built. THW helped us imagine what the flow could look like and design a new layout making the most of the square meterage. The whole space works so well now and they’ve successfully created my dream kitchen! We worked through 2D layout options and then did a few render revisions until we were totally happy and it looks even better than we thought it could. They consider every detail and it’s those little touches that bring everything together so nicely. This is not my first renovation in dubai and the difference between the quality of finish of THW and other companies in a similar price bracket is huge, they are far superior. I strongly recommend getting custom joinery through them, every piece we have in the house offers both functionality and quality and we’re really happy with it all. A special thank you to Arul our site supervisor who went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and he made life really easy for us receiving deliveries and guiding everyone on site. Also Melodia was exceptional and we’re so grateful for her attention to detail and her patience. We had some delays during the project; there are often issues with service elevators and waterproofing testing in apartment buildings, so the refit took a bit longer than planned- but it was worth the wait and we absolutely love it, we are now living in our dream house. Neha and the team renovated my entire house. I had walls removed, all new joinery put it, electricity redone and a whole lot of other changes. I’m super happy with the result. They deliver high quality, communication is smooth and know what they’re talking about. Nothing was too much. They gave proactive recommendations on how things could be executed better or more cost effective. They worked together well with other contractors in the house and adjusted plans when needed.
