KYRIOS VILLA RENOVATIONS

Building on my previous review, unfortunately the situation has continued to deteriorate. Despite the project being ongoing for over six months, we were still unable to reach completion. The final bathroom alone remains unfinished for more than two months. During this period, progress became increasingly slow and inconsistent. The contractor then stopped work entirely and demanded upfront payment of the final 10%, citing a “phased approach.” This was never agreed, documented, or included in the contract. As per our contract, the final 10% was due only upon handover. After weeks of back and forth and no resolution, we had no choice but to engage another contractor to complete the remaining work, at additional cost to us. While unfortunate, this was preferable given how poorly the project was managed. I’m sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision. Based on our experience, I would recommend reading other reviews with caution. What we encountered was a prolonged, stressful process with no proper closure or accountability.

All reviews are lies. I currently have this company working on renovating my bathrooms and they are a complete disaster. Their quality of work is ridiculously bad and their “site engineers” stand on site and ask us what to do. We are stuck with this unprofessional firm but recommend you avoid and run as far as possible from them. The person that sold us the job left for India in the middle of the job and is managing his team “remotely”. Feel free to contact me if you want to discuss or need more details.
