Nightmare Experience We engaged Cyana to renovate our townhouse in September 2024, and it has been an ongoing nightmare. The craftsmanship, execution, and project management were substandard, and the timelines were repeatedly missed. The air-conditioning was incorrectly sized for each room and had to be replaced. The ducting was installed improperly, causing ventilation and airflow issues. The new tiles are hollow throughout the house, and the painting and wall finishing required multiple reworks due to poor workmanship. The shadow gap lighting is installed poorly, and was stained during ongoing works, but never properly fixed. Tiles are cracking and being replaced as they were not installed correctly. The snag list has been ongoing for months, with simple tasks pending completion (e.g., Doorbell Installation, air conditioning thermostat replacement, staircase edge cracking, misaligned tiles). Etc.. Despite numerous follow-ups, Cyana has prioritised other projects and shown no commitment to concluding our renovation. We have been effectively held hostage in our own home, with snags still pending for more than 1.5 years since the project began. The conditions have been unacceptable — constant dust, open ceilings for months, and a complete lack of accountability in the final stages of work. Workers are not showing up, despite waiting for them as per the agreed-upon schedule, with a few arriving sporadically. We are now forced to engage another contractor to complete the outstanding snags, as Cyana has been unable to allocate the necessary resources or expertise to honour their work commitments. Overall, an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

I’ve used Cyana a number of times for properties in The Springs, JGE and most recently in the Lakes. I just wish I’d used them sooner, as I have had minor issues with other companies. They consistently deliver exceptional quality and modern designs, plus, the pricing is fair and competitive. If you're looking for home renovations in Dubai, reach out to Cyana soon. I come from a property background and their expertise have exceeded my expectations. Mainly as it has always been a seamless experience even when challenges arose, all of which were handled with professionalism. I cannot stress how important this is when renovating homes with deadlines in the baking hot sun! I write this review now whilst Cyana again on my newest purchase. This company will add value to your property as they have done on my investment.

I can’t imagine doing our renovations with any other contractor. We have returned to Cyana again and again for bathrooms, extensions, and more. The team is always polite, on time, friendly and courteous. The quality of the work is excellent and executed in a timely fashion, and as tidily as possible. And Kyle takes great pride in the work that they do, ensuring all is to the best standard as well as to our satisfaction. They get booked up pretty far in advance so plan ahead, but they are worth the wait!

Fully renovated my c2 at victory heights with Cyana. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone told me to be mindful of renovating in Dubai and expect extra costs / time. I massively increased the scope of the business and yet they managed to keep to schedule even with the extra works.
