Interspace Interior Design LLC

Subject: Unpleasant Experience with Interspace Interior Design and Mr. Paul I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with this company and I feel compelled to share my disappointing encounter, particularly with its director, Mr. Paul. From the outset, communication with the company was lacking and a general lack of transparency. It became evident that my vision for the project was not being understood, and there was a persistent disregard for my preferences. Mr. Paul's involvement only exacerbated the issues. He demonstrated a lack of professionalism and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. His decision-making was questionable at best, leading to subpar results that did not align with the initial design discussions. Additionally, the project timeline was consistently extended without valid explanations, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. This lack of punctuality further underscored the company's overall lack of commitment to client satisfaction. It is disheartening to see such a disregard for customer experience, especially when investing in a service like interior design. I would caution anyone considering Interspace to thoroughly research their reputation and consider alternative options. My hope is that they take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements to provide a more positive experience for future clients.

I am glad that I am using interspace for my home designs. Our relationship with interspace started 6 years back, while we were looking for a designer to do our villa in MBR city in Dubai. The designer Melani Sabhaney and her team had done an amazing job understanding our taste and suggesting variable options. Her choice of colours and materials were outstanding and economical as well. We didn’t had to think twice while we were doing our home in India too. There also she proved her ability to design and execute remotely from Dubai office. I strongly recommend interspace team for your dream homes.

Interspace has been my ID company of choice for 2 homes that I built - one in Emirates Hills in 2014 the other in Dubai Hills in 2023. The design options, the rendering, the execution and support have been exceptional. Melani Sabhaney is an architect and interior design cum fit out specialist with an exceptional eye for detail and deep understanding of a client’s imagination - I love my home and could never have visualized and created my dream home without her amazing inputs.

This is an excellent company. I highly recommend they have done interiors for my business As well as my home

I would highly recommend this company. They have very innovative designs and the results are breathtaking.
