From day one, the team was prompt and strictly adhered to the promised timelines—a rarity in this industry! A special shout-out to Nikolay, the project manager, who looked after the finer details as if he were working on his own home. He wasn't just managing; he was consulting. He made several brilliant suggestions—like the wireless switches—which cost me nothing extra but saved me a significant amount of money and improved the home's functionality. The staff was incredibly professional and decent, always taking my feedback seriously and ensuring every finish was perfect. The best part? I never felt the need to monitor them. They were so proactive that they even went out of their way to handle corrections and alterations that were technically out of their original scope. I want to note that the team never once asked me to leave a review or give them a rating. I am doing this entirely of my own will because their service truly deserves recognition. Renoway helped me with a complete renovation of my three bedroom apartment. They removed the old bathrooms, kitchen, walls, floors, and completely started again with my new design. Nikolay is a perfectionist, and his eye for detail meant we could relax and not worry about checking on their work too frequently. Everything was done to the utmost highest standards. We’ve had zero issues with anything breaking / leaking / not working as intended. Communication was easy and transparent, their prices are competitive with the market, and I’m just so glad we chose them! I’ll be using them again for all future works needed.
