Really bad experience with Hausfit. We were told they were professional painters and handymen, but unfortunately the quality of work was far from professional. The paint job was poorly done, with messy finishing and very little attention to detail. They also could not even reinstall my hanging TV console properly after the work was completed. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the team arrived without having the proper tools and materials needed for the job. They did not even have a paint bucket, and we had to provide our own personal bucket for them to use. They also had no paint thinner to clean the paint mess left on the floor, and on one occasion they did not even have wall putty available, which I had to buy and provide myself just so the work could continue. To make things worse, the painters asked me to pay for their taxi fare back home, saying that the manager was already aware and that I would be refunded later, which never happened. The entire project took much longer than expected, and in the end I had to let them go because there was no improvement in the quality of work. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service, communication, preparation, and professionalism. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I would not recommend them based on my experience.
