Contractors Direct

We reached out to Contractors Direct for our office revamp project, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jenny from their team managed our account, and she was an absolute star throughout the process. From scheduling site visits and shortlisting vendors to helping us close the project within budget and as per our requirements, she guided us every step of the way. Our scope of work changed multiple times, but Jenny was always supportive, flexible, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. It made all the difference working with a team that genuinely cares and takes the time to understand your needs rather than treating you as just another project. We’re extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend Contractors Direct if you’re looking for a professional yet caring team who truly puts their clients first.

Contractors Direct have been outstanding throughout our fit-out process. As this was my first time managing a project like this, they went above and beyond to make the experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. The contractors they recommended were excellent, and even when I didn’t understand some of the technical jargon, Contractors Direct stepped in to facilitate meetings and keep everything running smoothly. I would absolutely recommend them and would use their services for future projects. Special thanks to Jenny from Contractors Direct and Stephan from Project People for their personal, hands-on approach - it truly made a difference.

I know the team at Contractors Direct very well and have heard excellent feedback from several people who worked with them. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive in helping clients find the right fit-out contractor while properly supervising the project execution. Wishing them continued success.
