We engaged with Multibuild for a full scope of works in our Meadows 1 renovation, including air conditioning, extension, structural openings including opening existing window spans and forming new openings, electrical wiring, and tiling. The quality of workmanship was consistently high across all areas, and it was delivered professionally and to a good standard. We did encounter a few household issues along the way, mainly with the original wiring, reinforced concrete walls and floors, and air conditioning placement as the house was built around 20 years ago, but they were quick to troubleshoot and resolve them without fuss, which made a big difference. Communication was clear with both their on-site Project Manager Sam and the founder Jay, timelines were largely respected, and the overall experience was very positive. Multibuild have been the main contractor on my house renovation project and I could not have asked for a better team. Jay, the owner, and Ian, my project manager, have both been absolutely brilliant and incredibly supportive throughout the process. Their technical expertise is outstanding. The entire team have been professional and helpful. The workers are polite, respectful and clearly take pride in their work. It is rare to find a contractor where you can trust both the leadership and the people on site. Jay and Ian have also been incredibly generous with their time and advice, always happy to help with other contractors or parts of the project outside their direct scope. We hired multibuild to do a full renovation of our 5+1 bedroom villa. This included applying for approvals from Emaar and DM, extensions on the ground floor and first floor, creating new bathroom and laundry rooms, moving a few walls where permitted, completely new plumbing and HVAC system for the villa. Jay was very helpful along the process when we needed contacts for other contractors or any other issues that came up along the way. Multibuild’s team worked well with all our other suppliers to coordinate deliveries and following up on required materials and held everyone accountable. We are very pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail that Multibuild completed the work with and would definitely recommend them for any project, big or small.
