Very reliable company. They renovated our house in under 4 months. It’s British Filipino owned and very reasonable priced. Quality is great. Very familiar with springs, meadows, ranches, emaar apartments and JVT. I’ve done two projects with them now, one in JVT which had significant extensions. Also the landscaping / pool work was very good. No real negative points to be honest. We supplied our own tiles and maybe they could have reminded us to order those earlier but guess our fault. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased to work with UNO. The teams were very professional from the first meeting to handover. They are knowledgeable on Emaar rules, policies, the site was always clean, organized, workers well dressed, equipped and followed security rules. We also appreciated the fact they were supportive, on time and that they did a great job overall. We are so happy with our renovated house.

Simply the best, this is the 10th villa I’ve done with them. Mel is super organised and the owners aren’t too bad either. They do what they say and say what they do. On time and on budget, highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Great experience working with Uno on our second project with them. This time in Arabian Ranches. Full double storey extension including all design work and approvals. Everything delivered on time and to spec. Good job!
