Vigilant Kitchens & Renovation

Fantastic company in Dubai which we would highly recommend. High quality of work, with modern design and great finishing, all finished to our design specs without any issues. Any refinements during the project were completed without hesitation and the team were happy to spend extra time making sure the project was finished to our requirements ensuring we were happy with the final product. The price Vigilant offers is also unbeatable to other companies as well as the timescale of the project which was a big factor in our decision. We had two bathrooms renovated in a 2 bedroom apartment. We were particularly concerned of the rubble, dust and dirt that could occur (Having experienced this, with wall removed from a previous company the year before) however Vigilant Designs made it top priority to ensure this was kept to a minimum. Demolition of both bathrooms were completely quickly, and all rubble was bagged up and either removed/stored out of harms way in just two days. This was a big thing for us, living in the apartment while the renovation was being done. Dust was kept to a minimum, and the team constantly put up protective sheets, cardboard and protection during all days of the renovation. They were also happy to put up extra on the tile cutting days, when I requested for furniture etc to be covered. Time keeping was generally good (Another thing that means a lot to us when booking a team in) Most companies in Dubai lack on time keeping, but Vigilant Designs on the majority was very good, arriving at the time discussed or communicating if running slightly behind. Communication was generally good, with all managers / main employees speaking good English. All queries and questions that occurred during the project were addressed and resolved. WhatsApp was used throughout which was a big help as we could ask questions easily and share pictures etc as the project went on. The final product was exactly as we designed. Vigilant provided fantastic 3D CAD versions of the bathrooms, as well as Artist drawings beforehand so we could Confrim the design. Tile samples were also provided during the project before instillation. The bathrooms are now modernised with great quality items and beautiful styling. We particular like the use of lighting in the bathrooms, underneath the cupboards, behind the mirrors and in the shower area of the main bathroom. It gives the bathrooms such a stylish finish. Overall extremely happy and we will be booking again for our final bathroom to be renovated. Thank you to the entire team for their hard work.

We had a very positive experience working with this renovation company on our kitchen in Dubai. From the early design discussions to the final stages of the build, the team were organised, approachable, and clearly experienced. They took the time to understand how we actually use the space and translated that into a design that feels practical, modern, and comfortable. The level of finishing is excellent, and the attention to detail is noticeable throughout the kitchen, from the cabinetry to the overall layout. The team were so helpful and accommodating whenever we asked for small changes, and everything was handled in a calm and professional manner. It never felt rushed, and we always felt confident that the work was being done properly. We are still awaiting the professional pictures, but our 3D renders reflect the final look and feel of the kitchen. They clearly show the design intent, materials, and layout, and match very closely with what has been delivered. Overall, the experience was smooth and reassuring, and we would happily recommend Vigilant to anyone looking to renovate their home in Dubai😊

We had a full renovation of the kitchen in our apartment and we are super happy with the result!! When we started the project with them, their showroom was not available due to renovation so we were sent tile samples, etc which worked great 🙌 the team was always available and very flexible in terms of changes to the design/colour. Also after the kitchen was fully installed, the team remained available for any questions or follow up’s. We would highly recommend Vigilant!! See below an amazing before and after

Communication wise, they were excellent, made it easy to design and pick options, work-wise, they were on time, clean and efficient. We have had many suppliers proving renovation services over the last 12 months and hands down, these are the best I’ve dealt with! Would 100% recommend!!
