WOOD WORLD DECOR LLC

I came across this joinery company and was initially impressed by their work. it’s clean, well made, and shows good craftsmanship. However, my experience with their communication and follow up was very disappointing. I first contacted them through WhatsApp but received no response, so I decided to visit their office in person. They were polite and accommodating, and I shared my project details, drawings, and material preferences. They provided approximate pricing, and we scheduled a site visit to take proper measurements and move forward. Unfortunately, they completely forgot about our appointment. I let that go and rescheduled for the next day, they showed up, brought the samples, and we discussed the next steps. But since that meeting, I’ve been ignored. My messages and follow-ups have gone unanswered for nearly a month, and every time I called, I was only told “we’ll get back to you,” but nothing ever happened. Their workmanship looks great, but they are very unprofessional in terms of communication and reliability. Sadly, I lost trust in them and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Exceptional Quality and Professional Service! I had a fantastic experience with Wood World Decor UAE ! Their attention to detail and craftsmanship in custom woodwork is truly impressive. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and committed to delivering top-quality results. The designs were exactly as envisioned, and the installation was seamless. If you’re looking for premium woodwork and exceptional customer service in the UAE, I highly recommend them !

I had a really positive experience with Wood World Decor LLC. From start to finish, the quality of their work was impressive. The craftsmanship and finishing were done with a lot of care, and the materials used felt strong and high quality. Everything turned out exactly the way it was discussed, with no compromises on details.I would definitely recommend Wood World Decor LLC to anyone looking for reliable service and well-finished woodwork.

We went to this joinery looking at work delivered by them for our friend but Babu is extremely unreliable. He ghosted on my wife and me (calls and watsapp) for 2 weeks after an onsite meeting. After reaching him through a mew number he just said he needs design references and that also was provided to him. Next day again he just stopped answering our calls. Very unprofessional, please measure this before dealing with them.

We're really happy with the final result. Everything was completed on time, and the quality of the joinery was outstanding.
