Interior Design Company Sharjah - Rady Interior & Fit Out

I paid over 120,000 for a custom kitchen and the experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The workmanship is poor, the subcontractors are incompetent, and when problems arise, and trust me they do, you are completely on your own. Good luck tracking down the suppliers yourself, because nobody will help you. Before I signed, I was promised over 5 years of warranty coverage. Now that issues have come up, the representative simply does not respond. He is a very pleasant person, I will give him that, but kindness is not a professional competency. When you pay 120K for a kitchen, you expect a minimum level of accountability and after sales support. I am not exaggerating when I say this: go to IKEA instead. I have been able to compare both firsthand. A kitchen that costs 120K here can be had for half the price at IKEA, with a genuine 15 year warranty and an established company that actually stands behind its products. You will never have to worry about disappearing contacts or empty promises. My sincere advice to anyone reading this: do not go through any design consultancy or kitchen agency with a beautiful website and glossy presentations. A fancy website is not a guarantee, it is a storefront for empty promises. Instead, go directly to a major, well established supplier with a real physical presence, real showrooms, and a proven track record. A company that has a name to protect will actually stand behind its work. A middleman with a nice website will vanish the moment something goes wrong, and that is exactly what happened to me. Save your money. Do not invest it here. You deserve real quality, real guarantees, and real support, none of which you will find at this company.
