DST carried out the full renovation of my house about a year ago. From the moment I handed them the keys, the entire project was handled professionally and with great attention to detail.
At the time, we had an issue with wall moisture that was causing the paint to peel. DST treated the problem thoroughly and assured me that it should not return.
After one year, a very small area showed signs of the issue again. I contacted DST, and they responded immediately. True to their word, they took care of everything completely free of charge. They assigned a dedicated team member, and a supervisor was present throughout the process to ensure the work was completed properly. The issue was resolved within just two days. They also did small touch ups of paint, again free of cost out of their customer service.
I highly recommend DST. It is rare these days to find a company that stands behind its work, responds so quickly, and honours its commitments without hesitation.
