Delays, surprise charges, quality problems or a contractor gone quiet — tell us what happened. It stays confidential, and it becomes part of what we know about that company.

  1. 1 · A person reads it. Every report reaches us directly. Say if you want us to put it to the company and we will, though we cannot compel anyone.
  2. 2 · It goes on the record. Kept with what we hold about that company. We publish nothing we cannot show, and never your name.
  3. 3 · Real recourse is official. Dubai Consumer (DET) and, for a vanished deposit, Dubai Police. Both are free, and they carry weight we do not.
